Sasha B. Chhabra (陳博樂) is a Taipei-based political and security analyst, writer, and consultant specializing in Taiwan's foreign and security policy, Chinese influence, and Taiwan-US relations. He chairs the Taiwan International Center, a new initiative that works to strengthen cooperation between Taiwan and fellow democracies, and publishes Formosa Review, an independent newsletter on Taiwanese politics and geopolitics.

His writing examines how Taiwan can strengthen its defense, build meaningful international partnerships, and counter Beijing's efforts to undermine its sovereignty. His work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Nikkei Asia, The Diplomat, the Taipei Times, and CommonWealth Magazine. He also provides commentary to international media, including Fox News, the South China Morning Post, Radio Free Asia, TaiwanPlus, and Radio Taiwan International.

Chhabra previously worked at the National Endowment for Democracy and has held numerous fellowships at international security and foreign policy think tanks, including Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense affiliated Institute for National Defense and Security Research. He is a regular participant in international war games on Taiwan, and frequently lectures at universities in Taiwan and around the world on Taiwan's security position, foreign policy, and history. He has also consulted for and advised media organizations and political campaigns on messaging and strategies for countering China's influence.

He holds degrees from the University of Chicago, Columbia University, and the London School of Economics. His graduate research examined Chinese nationalism and the early People's Republic's efforts to incorporate Tibet into the Chinese state. He has lived, worked, and studied in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Europe, and is proficient in English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is also conversational in Uyghur.
